Installation is arranged and paid for by you, through your own licensed electrician — we supply the charger, not the install. Your agreement has the full details.
Your deposit is fully refundable and covers the cost of the equipment if installation doesn't move forward. Once your agreement is signed, we'll get your charger ready to ship and walk you through activation once it's installed.
